HR Coordinator

CipherHealth is looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, passionate HR Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Chief People Officer to assist with a variety of human resources processes and activities within the organization. Areas of focus include but are not limited to staffing, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, performance and talent management, learning and development, on-going culture and engagement initiatives, people analytics and administration, and HR software administration.  

Responsibilities

  • Act as a valuable cultural ambassador and the first point of contact that candidates have with CipherHealth
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and assist the HR team with sourcing, pipeline management, phone screens, offer preparation, etc.
  • Own HR operations and administrative support - play a lead role in onboarding and offboarding employees, interact with our PEO, lead cultural initiatives and maintain accurate and confidential records
  • Manage and administer use of HR software systems (i.e. Applicant Tracking System, PEO, Onboarding, Talent & Culture, etc)
  • Suggest process/tool additions and/or improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of team operations
  • Embody our CARE2 value, with a focus on positive candidate experience and company culture

Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative, recruitment, and/or HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related experience
  • Well-developed sense of, and commitment to, discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while remaining flexible and detail oriented under deadline pressure
  • Ability to work independently yet remain a strong team player
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Dependable and organized with strong follow through and up skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in office tools, such as Google suite, Slack, Zoom, etc., as well as the ability and willingness to learn new programs and skills as needed

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with talent acquisition process strongly preferred
  • Experience with HR technical solutions (ATS, HRIS, etc) strongly preferred
  • A sense of humor!
