ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high energy, entrepreneurial Product Marketing Manager to join our fast growing team. In this key role, the candidate will be responsible for creating a product marketing framework from the ground up, from understanding the market and market needs to tactical execution, with an emphasis on understanding the buyer of Cohley’s products and services. This role will develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation that enables our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure they are aligned and work efficiently to generate and close opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create product resources and collateral for internal teams and external users
  • Develop product talk tracks and messaging 
  • Train Sales, CSM, Marketing on product messaging, go-to-market, and product functionality
  • Feature Request feedback loop management to quality and quantify prospect/client feedback for product and roadmapping
  • Own new product go-to-market strategy and roll out 
  • Facilitating commercial side of alphas and betas and owning pre-launch strategy
  • Serve as a liaison between commercial teams and product teams to streamline communication and processes
  • Collect product user feedback and work with product team to prioritize product roadmap features
  • Ensuring product commercialization alignment across company departments and teams (e.g. pricing, channel, and marketing readiness, etc.)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years experience working in product marketing
  • Self-driven builder - can be independent with little guidance
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Creative thinker, detail-oriented, quick learner, meticulous
  • Experience with content writing and creative collateral a plus 
  • Technical knowledge to understand SaaS products and software integrations
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
