About the Role:

Farmer’s Fridge is looking for a passionate, goal-driven Sales Manager to join our Sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be building and mentoring a team of Sales Executives across our Northeast market. You’ll develop emerging talent while providing accountability to drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, train, and develop a results-oriented team of Sales Execs with a focus on new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Continually refine and improve sales processes, developing training plans for continuous development of team’s sales skills
  • Ensure that sales quotas are achieved in your territory
  • Drive results by providing personalized coaching and pipeline evaluation
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement strategies that support overall sales KPIs
  • Support direct reports with regular 1:1s, constructive feedback, and career development planning
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure appropriate coordination of deadlines and deliverables and timely communication of products and services
  • Assist with prospecting, education, or closing new partnerships as needed

What Your Background May Look Like:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Team Lead
  • Demonstrated success selling in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Results-driven with an understanding of sales analytics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
  • Strong storytelling ability with compelling oral and written presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales automation software
