Webflow is the modern way to build for the web. We imagine a world where every person who uses the web also has the power to create for it, but today only 1 in 400 people can code, a skill that takes years to master.
We are creating a visual development platform that exposes our customers to building blocks that can be mixed together to create a wide range of things — from functionality-rich marketing websites, to paid subscription services, to entire web applications with users.
While we have an HQ in San Francisco, our team members are majority remote and distributed around the world. This dynamic, mixed with our desire to champion social good and our 7 guiding core behaviors define our internal culture.
Good to know :
While we have lots of dimensions, one thing that is important to know is diversity, equity, and inclusion are a priority for us, and while we still have a lot of work to do, we provide every team member with DEI trainings on topics like anti-racism and inclusive language.
In June 2020, we raised more than 100,000 for anti-racist 501(c)3s through a mix of employee donations and 2-to-1 Webflow matching. We proudly host multiple affinity groups that align with various identities, and have recently founded a DEI council to empower more people to get involved in dialogue and action.
What They Are Looking For
There's no one "type" of person we are looking for. We value all types of backgrounds and interests, though one thing that unites us all is our passion to enable everyone who consumes the web to also be able to create for it.
People who do well at Webflow tend to be extraordinarily kind, obsessed with our customers' happiness (internal and external), and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of our work.
